About National Widows Welfare Association

The National Widows Welfare Association is an initiative under the mother organization Aranya Mozhi Public Charitable Trust. The association focuses on women empowerment, their upliftment, and helping them achieve financial independence by introducing employment schemes.

It works towards facilitating legally entitled schemes from the government and semi-government bodies. The association also provides training for launching cottage industries, handicrafts, and small-scale businesses.

As part of its future programs, the association aims to ensure that eligible members and their children have access to educational and higher learning opportunities, as well as job placements in government, semi-government, and private sectors, based on qualifications.
